The first and foremost priority of Sugar Creek Packing Co. is to manufacture a safe and wholesome product for customers/consumers that meet or exceed U.S.D.A. requirements. The products manufactured by Sugar Creek Packing Co. are made according to the quality specifications agreed upon by Sugar Creek Packing Co. and the individual customer. All plants have U.S.D.A. inspectors on site and Sugar Creek Packing Co. will work together with U.S.D.A. to ensure the safety, wholesomeness and quality of our products so that they pose no threat when entered into commerce. All Sugar Creek Packing Co. employees receive mandatory weekly food safety training while Management and Operations Supervisors receive minimum, quarterly HAACP training to ensure awareness and understanding of proper procedures and protocol for the manufacturing of our products. Through process controls, HACCP programs and prerequisite programs, we strive to manufacture valued products while ensuring the quality characteristics expected from the customer.
