SugarCreek – Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA)

Every individual at SugarCreek is responsible for the Food Safety and Quality of our food at every step in the process. All employees are trained on food safety and quality standards to ensure we maintain a strong food safety culture. FSQA is a team sport – we use the multi-disciplinary approach throughout all stages from product development to final food production to ensure all bases are covered and we produce the safest and best quality products. We have aggressive Environmental Monitoring Programs at all locations – aimed at controlling risk and maintaining the highest food safety standards throughout our production locations.
