The SugarCreek Summer Internship Program is a 12-week program starting the third week of May and ending the first week of August. In addition to daily responsibilities, each intern will be part of a group focusing on an innovation project for the entire company. At the end of the 12 week program, interns will present their findings and possible solutions to the intern and executive teams.
Throughout the program, interns will focus on real work that impacts SugarCreek. Each student will be assigned a direct report manager as well as a mentor to help support and add knowledge. Every week, interns will gather for a session to discuss challenges, progress on their specified project as well as hear from a selected member of our Executive Team about their role and experience with SugarCreek.

Candidates will be matched to internships based on their qualifications, interests and interview skills.
SugarCreek interns should be at least a junior in college, possess great communication skills and be able to work with others both inside and outside of their functioning role. The intern will be able to demonstrate relevant classroom experience or how other internships will contribute to success within the role.
